Samsung Unveils P960 DVB-H TV Phone

Samsung Electronics today officially announced P960, its world’s first DVB-H mobile TV phone which supports both European mobile TV standards DVB-CBMS and OMA-BCAST. Some of the features include 2.6″ 256K color QVGA screen, 90MB of internal storage, microSD memory card slot, FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth 2.0 for connectivity, and 3 megapixel camera + CIF. Additionally, this Tri-band HSDPA (900,1800,1900MHz) handset also supports mobile blog, DVB-H Multitasking, and Music library. No idea on how much this will cost, but it expected to be available in France, Belgium, Poland and Russia soon. [ Akihabara ]
